Custom HOA Shielding Fence
Many homeowners associations require trash cans and HVAC equipment to be screened from street view. Instead of settling for a basic enclosure, our customer chose a custom-built solution that complements their home and adds curb appeal.
For this project, we installed a 6-foot-tall board-on-board cedar shielding fence featuring a waterfall top cap. The waterfall cap provides a clean, finished appearance while protecting the top of the fence from weather exposure.
Convenient Trash Can Storage
To make everyday use easier, we also built a 4’ x 7’ concrete trash can pad complete with a ramp. The ramp allows the homeowner to easily roll trash cans in and out without lifting them over a curb or edge.
The finished enclosure keeps both the trash cans and HVAC equipment neatly hidden from the street while helping the homeowner meet their HOA requirements.
